What Is A Chakra Meditation?

These are guided meditations crested to surround you with healing energy, and target your chakra points within your body. We all have chakras within our bodies, and to keep things simple, we will focus on the major seven chakras. The 7 main chakras are centrally located along the spine, that corresponds to the areas of our vital organs. When energy is sluggish, or blocked, it can cause a restriction within the flow of energy; physically, mentally, emotionally, and spiritually. These placements in your body are the energy source (generators) of your internal organs and emotions. Some may even say chakra healing is similar to what acupuncture does for you, minus the needles -- both function as a way to clear our energy field. 

 

The chakra system can be a roadmap to:

  • Assist your deeper self-reflect and healing journey

  • Become more self-aware of the energy you hold

  • Understand how you are emitting as well as receiving energy
